Once we have identified the package that best suits you, we then ensure you consistently serve the best cup of coffee. Our highly skilled manufacturer-trained engineers join our in-house team through a training and vetting system that ensures we have a focussed, enthusiastic and extremely competent pool of specialists to draw on. A team that can maintain our reputation for quality support – as well as our customers’ machines.

Our team will get every piece of equipment we provide up and running. We like to pass that knowledge on to you too, by following up every install with complimentary staff training to use the equipment to its best. An equipment check-up and refresher training is all part of the service too. As water quality impacts on taste, we’ll even draw on our relationship with Brita, the leading brand of water management, to check your water and make sure it’s not affecting the machines – or the flavour.

A well-trained barista is the key to the perfect espresso that brings people back for more. Our fully qualified baristas can show your team how it’s done. We’ll come to you, or you can join us at our in-house training facilities and your team will return as fully-fledged expert baristas.

Throughout the year we offer free training schools and occasional events to refresh your team and
keep you updated with the latest industry innovations and trends. We love coffee, so we work on your behalf to create the best experience possible.
